Job summary

Radical Fusion Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring top quality and consistency.

You will lead a diverse team, supervise kitchen staff, and contribute to menu development, costing and inventory control while delivering high-volume Western and American-inspired dishes.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional kitchen experience.
• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and high-volume operations.
• Ability to train and motivate a multicultural kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations under Head Chef.
• Supervise Sous Chefs, Chefs de Parties, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and portioning.
• Lead busy lunch, dinner and event services.
• Assist with menu development and food costing.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation and wastage.
• Coordinate with Front-of-House for smooth service.
