COMFY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Experienced Furniture Sales Specialist who guides clients through our collections, aligning design and space needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, closing sales that meet their design and functional requirements.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, showroom upkeep, and building a pipeline of repeat clients and referrals to sustain growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of direct furniture sales experience (retail, wholesale, or B2B).
Must have furniture industry experience; applications without it will not be considered.
Strong understanding of furniture terminology, upholstery materials, wood species, and design trends.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
Good spatial awareness and ability to read floor plans or assist with room layouts.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
Proficiency with POS systems, CRM software, and order management tools.

Responsabilités

Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
Conduct consultations with walk-in clients, interior designers, and B2B accounts.
Provide expert advice on furniture construction, fabrics, finishes, and spatial planning.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial greeting and quoting to order processing and post-delivery follow-up.
Maintain showroom visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are immaculate and up to date.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of repeat clients and industry referrals.
