A reputable service provider in Singapore seeks an Assistant Funeral Director to manage client engagements sensitively and coordinate funeral arrangements. Ideal candidates should have sales experience, preferably within the funeral or insurance sector, and hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. The role offers full-time employment, requiring flexibility for overtime and night shifts. Located in Geylang Bahru, successful applicants will join a compassionate team dedicated to supporting families during difficult times.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in the funeral, bank, or insurance industry is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime and night standby duties.

Responsibilities

  • Handle call center hotlines efficiently with timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate funeral arrangements with accuracy and sensitivity.
  • Engage with clients through meetings and virtual platforms.
  • Assist in transferring the deceased to funeral homes.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams.

  • Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.00am – 5.00pm
  • Monthly Salary: basic up to $3500 + Commissions + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
  • Handle call centre hotlines efficiently and ensure timely follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate funeral arrangements with accuracy and sensitivity.
  • Engage with clients through in-office meetings, on-site visits, and virtual platforms.
  • Assist in the transfer of the deceased to designated funeral homes.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams to support service delivery.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support departmental needs
Requirement
  • Have sales experience in the same or bank/insurance industry is an added advantage
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is and added advantage
  • Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
