Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage donation box placement, collection routes, and monthly schedules across multiple locations in Novena. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines when handling donation boxes in public spaces and strong stakeholder relations with merchants and donors.

Applicants should be prepared to support fundraising events and work outside regular hours including weekends and public holidays, as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level and above.
• Class 3 driving license (manual) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the placement, collection, maintenance, and replacement of donation boxes across various locations.
• Plan and manage collection routes and schedules to ensure timely collection and placement of donation boxes.
• Develop and maintain a monthly schedule for donation box collection and placement activities.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines when handling and transporting donation boxes in public areas.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with merchants and donors, gather feedback, and represent the organisation professionally.
• Provide support and assistance for fundraising events when required.
• Be prepared to work outside of regular office hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, when required.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Education
