Job summary

National Arts Council Singapore is seeking a role to strengthen governance around our funding initiatives, including grants, partnerships and commissions. The role will also involve funding policy development, process optimisation and compliance monitoring to ensure accountability and effectiveness of NAC’s funding programmes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in grant management or governance matters.
• At least 2 years’ experience in data analytics or managing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders with empathy, persuasion, and negotiation.
• Meticulous and organised with a process-oriented working style.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain governance frameworks for NAC’s funding initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, toolkits and guidelines for grant administration processes.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit to strengthen controls and track audit resolutions.
• Coordinate external audit of funded recipients and review outcomes.
• Strengthen organisational governance through health framework and capability development programmes.
• Manage Our SG Grants (OSG) portal and support internal/external stakeholders.
• Track funding data and perform relevant data analysis.
