Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a governance-focused professional to strengthen NAC funding governance and policy development in Singapore. You will develop SOPs, support grant administration, and ensure compliance across programs.

You will work with Internal Audit and external auditors, driving process improvements and strengthening governance, while managing data analytics and stakeholder engagement to enhance accountability and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in grant management or governance.
• At least 2 years' experience in data analytics or managing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Track record of collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and judgment.
• Meticulous, organised with a process-oriented working style.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage governance frameworks for NAC's funding initiatives, including SOPs, toolkits and guidelines.
• Work with Internal Audit to review and strengthen internal controls and track audit resolutions.
• Coordinate external audit activities with auditors and Internal Audit, and recommend improvements.
• Strengthen organisational governance of arts charities through capability development.
• Manage the Our Singapore Grants (OSG) portal and drive process improvements for users.
• Track and analyse funding data and perform data analysis work.
