Job summary

The National Arts Council in Singapore seeks a strategic leader to drive the design and oversight of NAC's grant programmes, with a focus on Multiculturalism in Arts, to build a robust arts ecosystem.

You will lead major grant reviews, stakeholder engagement, and policy development, mentor junior staff, and represent NAC at industry events to advance local and international arts development.

Qualifications

• Experience in grants administration and policy development.
• Strategic management of programmes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess grant applications and provide recommendations aligned with NAC's priorities.
• Review applications for compliance and detect inconsistencies/fraud.
• Communicate requirements to applicants and provide timely guidance.
• Monitor funded projects and close grants with evidence of deliverables.
• Provide strategic input to policy and process improvements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with major grant recipients and partners.
• Conduct trend analyses to inform policy and programme design.
• Represent NAC at industry events and cross-agency projects.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
