Job summary

GUOTAI JUNAN INTERNATIONAL ASSET MANAGEMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a dynamic professional to expand fund sales across institutional and intermediary clients.

You will build strong relationships with clients and distributors, deliver compelling product pitches, and work with product specialists to tailor investment solutions. The role involves marketing support, market scanning, and maintaining regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in fund sales, institutional sales, distribution or business development.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and asset classes (equity, fixed income, multi-asset).
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; accurate and detail-oriented.
• Fluency in English; Chinese language skills preferred for head office interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive fund sales and business development across institutional and intermediary clients.

• Coordinate with PM/Product Specialists to cover client needs and provide market insights.
• Organize marketing activities including roadshows, conferences and client events.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Build distributor relationships to secure distribution networks and market intelligence.
• Deliver high-quality client servicing and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare RFPs, pitch books and marketing materials for new business.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations and their day-to-day impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive fund sales and business development activities across institutional and intermediary clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors and business partners
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product pitches to promote firm's investment solutions
• Liaise with PM/Product Specialists to give effective coverage of client needs and provide market insights
• Organize and support marketing initiatives, including roadshows, conferences and client events
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Build relationship with distributors to secure distribution network and obtain market intelligence
• Deliver high-quality client servicing and achieve agreed sales targets
• Prepare RFPs, pitch books and marketing materials to support new business acquisition
• Keep abreast of changes and developments of relevant laws and regulations and understand its implications on day-to-day work practices
• Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in fund sales, institutional sales, distribution or business development with asset management or financial services
• Good knowledge of investment product and asset classes including equity, fixed income and multi asset strategies
• Strong sales, relationship management, communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred as substantial communication with our Head Office and clients in Chinese speaking markets
