Job summary

GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Fund Accounting & Transfer Agency Executive to support end-to-end administration of investment funds, covering Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency functions. The role involves NAV production, investor servicing, AML/KYC compliance and transaction processing while working closely with custodians, auditors and internal stakeholders.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking broader exposure across fund operations within a fast-paced asset management environment.

Qualifications

We require 3–5 years of experience in Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency or Global Custody.
Experience across Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency with understanding of NAV calculation and investor servicing.
Familiarity with AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS and fund regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end investor onboarding, AML/KYC due diligence and account administration.
Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls and distributions.
Support NAV production with journal entries, reconciliations and valuations checks.
Prepare investor reports, contract notes, tax reporting documents and assist audits.
Collaborate with custodians, fund managers, auditors and internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
