Job summary

Tangspac Search Private Limited, a leading Asian staffing firm specializing in financial services and technology recruitment, seeks a Fund Accountant to deliver fund administration services to external managers and asset owners in Asia. The role focuses on accurate NAV calculations and adherence to industry standards.

You will review NAV funds, collaborate with team members, provide KPI data, and coordinate with clients and auditors to meet reporting requirements within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Securities Services Fund Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persistence and perseverance.
• Good operational and technical skills.
• Good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review NAV funds and portfolios for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with fund accountants and support functions to deliver NAVs on time.
• Provide KPI data and operational metrics to management.
• Prepare NAV calculations per manuals to minimize errors.
• Maintain and update operational manuals to manage risk.
• Document non-standard processes for proper documentation.
• Report incidents or errors to management for resolution.
• Engage with clients to resolve fund administration queries.
• Support client onboarding and migration activities.
