Job summary

ALTER DOMUS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced funds operations professional to manage day-to-day operations of the funds and coordinate with investors, fund managers, and third parties.

The role covers NAV calculation, year-end financial statements, audits, regulatory reporting, investor servicing, onboarding, capital calls and distributions, and setup support for new funds. Strong accounting qualifications, asset management experience, and fluent English are required; knowledge of

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in asset management, preferably fund management in accounting.
• Strong academic background.
• Fully qualified Accountant or progress on exams (ISCA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA).
• Knowledge of fund operations for private equity or real estate funds is a plus (valuation, accounting, payments).
• Fluent in written/spoken English; other languages helpful for coordination with overseas firms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fund operations and liaise with investors and fund managers.
• Prepare NAV calculations and year-end financial statements; manage audits and related reports.
• Handle fund accounts and prepare periodic/regulatory reports for funds.
• Coordinate investor servicing: onboarding, capital calls, distributions, shareholder statements.
• Support seniors in delivering quality work and assist with new fund setups with external advisors.
