Job summary

HETU INVESTMENT SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Fund Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee day-to-day fund operations and compliance matters, ensuring smooth fund business activities. Only Singapore Citizens or PRs; EP sponsorship is not available.

The role involves managing end-to-end fund operations, implementing compliance controls, and coordinating with custodians, auditors, and legal counsel to maintain regulatory adherence and robust operational workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in fund operations and/or compliance.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance; solid financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily fund operations, including fund account administration, trade settlement, NAV calculation, share registry and fund cash movement.
• Assist in implementing fund compliance controls, regulatory filings, document archiving and reviews to ensure compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Liaise with internal investment teams, custodians, auditors, legal counsel and other counterparties for daily reconciliation and communication.
• Prepare operational reports, identify operational risks and continuously improve fund workflows.
• Support ad-hoc fund operations and compliance tasks.
