Job summary

Tangspac Search Private Limited is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst in Singapore to accurately capture and reconcile daily trades, ensuring data integrity in a high-volume trading environment. You will collaborate with traders, prime brokers, custodians, and counterparties to ensure timely processing and settlement.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics and 3 years in fund operations or related areas, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in fund operations, investment operations, middle office, or fund administration.
• Knowledge of financial products such as equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and VCC framework is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with portfolio management or investment accounting systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate trade records and perform daily reconciliation of cash and investment positions, including trade matching, verification, settlement, novations, and confirmation of transactions.
• Monitor daily investment positions and cash balances to ensure operational accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Work proactively with the Investment Team, Operations Team, and external service providers to support daily fund operations.

2. Collaborate closely with traders, prime brokers, custodians, and counter parties to ensure timely and accurate trade processing and settlement.
3. Maintain accurate trade records and perform daily reconciliation of cash and investment positions, including trade matching, verification, settlement, novations, and confirmation of transactions.
4. Monitor daily investment positions and cash balances to ensure operational accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Work proactively with the Investment Team, Operations Team, and external service providers, including fund administrators, auditors, banks, and custodians, to support daily fund operations.

Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

3 years of experience in fund operations, investment operations, middle office, or fund administration.

Knowledge of financial products such as equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives is an advantage.
