Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of loan operations or middle office experience in Banking (Fund Finance, Corporate Finance or Structured Finance).
• Meticulous, organized, team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform middle office functions and smooth implementation processes.
• Ensure timely reporting (accounting, performance, annual rating or head office reports).
• Analyze investors for credit approval and ensure smooth loan operations.
• Conduct compliance KYC/AML checks.
• Write and improve operations policies.
• Collaborate with other business stakeholders.
