Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a client-focused support specialist to provide client service and production support for the Fund Connect trading platform. You will work across clients, business partners, and technology teams to onboard new money market clients and maintain ETF offerings.

The role involves coordinating data setup, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with the development team on platform enhancements, with opportunities for training and contributing to testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated client service experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with common applications (MS Office, Grafana, Freshdesk, MS Teams).
• Ability to navigate a complex global organization and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new money market clients and maintain Fund Connect ETF offerings.
• Coordinate data setup and maintenance with Fund Connect development team.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries and production issues.
• Review and source updated data; monitor data, trade, and file-transfer integrations.
• Provide platform training to operators and participate in testing and training for new features.
• Assist with maintaining UAT environments, including balance updates and fund information.
• Develop and implement process-monitoring tools and client data-sharing workflows.
• Liaise with fund companies on trading, fund maintenance, and onboarding activities.
• Support regional production schedules, including off-hours coverage as needed.
