Job summary

State Street is seeking a client-focused support specialist to provide client service and production support for the Fund Connect trading platform. You will coordinate across clients, business partners, and technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing fund maintenance in a global, remote-ready environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork, with familiarity in MS Office, Grafana, Freshdesk, and Teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in financial services.
Demonstrated client service experience.
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with a broad range of applications including Microsoft Office, Grafana, Freshdesk, Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding of new money market clients.
Support onboarding and fund maintenance for Fund Connect’s ETF offering.
Coordinate data setup and maintenance with the Fund Connect development team.
Investigate and resolve client inquiries and production issues.
Review account balances for completeness and source updated data as needed.
Monitor data, trade, and file-transfer integrations and coordinate issue resolution.
Provide platform training to operators.
Participate in testing and training for new features.
