Job summary

SMTP Consult Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Fund Administration & Compliance Manager in Singapore to support its Corporate Secretarial & Family Office practice.

You will handle SFO and fund administration, MAS 13O/13U compliance, corporate governance, and PDPA-related DPO duties for clients. The role requires at least four years in fund administration or related areas, with strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Law, Business Administration, Corporate Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in Fund Administration, Family Office, Corporate Services or related.
• Knowledge of MAS 13O/13U, AML/CFT, CDD/KYC, and Singapore regs.

Responsibilities

• Support SFOs, investment funds, and related structures administration.
• Assist compliance under MAS 13O/13U and tax incentive schemes.
• Coordinate client onboarding including KYC/CDD and AML screening.
• Engage with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and service providers.
• Prepare regulatory filings, resolutions, and governance docs.
• Support corporate secretarial matters including incorporations and filings.
• Assist with regulatory submissions to ACRA, MAS, and authorities.
• Act as Data Protection Officer and maintain PDPA compliance docs.
