OPTIONALITY COMPLIANCE PTE. LTD.

seeks a regulatory operations professional in Singapore to manage ongoing compliance obligations for a portfolio of fund management clients, including MAS filings and calendar management. You will coordinate with client finance teams, fund administrators and auditors, update compliance manuals, and monitor MAS notices, with opportunities for early responsibility and direct client contact.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in one of the following: Legal/regulatory in financial services or funds; accounting/audit with financial services exposure; fund administration; in-house compliance at a fund manager, broker, or bank; regulatory or risk consulting.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory filings and notifications for MAS activities and client changes.
• Maintain compliance calendars and trackers; flag overdue items and provide status updates.
• Update client compliance manuals and adapt to MAS notices, guidelines, and FAQs.
• Monitor MAS releases and relevant regulatory developments; draft alerts and internal notes.
