Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Fund Finance Specialist to drive consolidation of regional accounts and deliver accurate management reports.

You will coordinate monthly closings with regional teams, support budgeting and forecasting, review submissions from shared services, and assist audits and process improvements. This role offers exposure to international stakeholders and complex financial structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• CPA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting, consolidation or fund finance.
• Strong financial reporting, Excel proficiency, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP and/or Tagetik would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with regional finance teams.
• Prepare management reporting packs and provide insightful financial analysis.
• Support fund administration activities, including capital account reporting and distributions.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and monitor payment records.
• Assist with audit requirements, ad hoc finance projects, and process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of relevant accounting, consolidation, or fund finance experience.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or Tagetik would be advantageous.
