Job summary

Michael Page in Singapore is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead monthly consolidation, management reporting and local-close activities within a regional finance team. You will drive accuracy across consolidations, support budgeting, forecasting, and insightful variance analysis to support decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting or fund finance, with CPA/CA preferred, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP and Tagetik.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Review submissions from internal shared service teams.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing with regional teams.
• Prepare management reporting packs and provide financial analysis.
• Support fund administration, including capital reporting and distributions.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and monitor payments.
• Assist with audits, ad hoc projects, and process improvements.

Job Description

• Assist with audit requirements, ad hoc finance projects, and process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting, consolidation, or fund finance experience.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or Tagetik would be advantageous.
