Job summary

Mapletree is seeking a capable finance professional to manage the full spectrum of finance functions for a fund, ensuring statutory compliance and alignment with corporate policies. The role covers monthly consolidation, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating with overseas finance teams, with SAP and Tagetik experience advantageous.

Strong Excel skills and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA qualification or degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant hands-on experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Able to communicate effectively with local stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP and Tagetik consolidation is advantageous.
• Meticulous, analytical, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts for a fund and report financial matters.
• Support management reporting through monthly reports, analysis and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal centres of excellence and review work.
• Liaise with overseas local finance teams for closing activities.
• Assist in fund administration, including capital account statements and distributions.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects at Group and BU level.
