Job summary

RecruitFirst in Singapore seeks a counter sales associate for our MBS/Chinatown/Bencoolen location. You will handle cash, payments, cheques processing, and end-of-day reconciliation, ensuring compliance with policy and delivering a smooth customer experience.

The role requires 24/7 shifts including weekends, with up to 12-hour shifts; salary is SGD 2,535 monthly basic plus AWS, VB and shift allowances; additional night shift pay SGD 12.50 per after 9pm and SGD 30 per after 12am.

Responsibilities

• To perform counter sales duty and payment, processing of cheques, reconciliation of end-of-day summary against physical cash in order to ensure compliance with company procedure and policy.
• To provide hassle free service and a pleasant experience for customer and to attend to customers' query in order to maintain a positive image of the company and maintain customer satisfaction level.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job description

Location: MBS/Chinatown/Bencoolen
Duration: 2 years direct (extendable)
Working Hours: up 41.25 hours a week (including weekends + graveyard shifts), avg. 4 to 6 days a week, 7 to 12 hours per shift
Salary: $2,535 monthly basic + AWS + VB + Shift allowance Allowance
$12.50/shift for after 9pm
$30/shift for after 12am
