PERSOL is hiring for a cashier role in Singapore. You will support daily operations and handle customer inquiries to ensure smooth workflows and service delivery.

The position requires a cheerful, proactive team player with good communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Shift work with day and night schedules is available, with transport options provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Prior cashiering and customer service experience is advantageous.

Working Hours / Location:

• Better Work Life Balance! 4ON 2 OFF Schedule

• Day Shift: 10am to 10pm (with 2 hours break)

• Night Shift: 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)

• 2-Way Company Transport provided! Pick up from Boon Lay / Jurong East MRT station

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly

• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively

• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions

• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification

• Prior experience in cashiering and customer service will be an advantage

• Cheerful, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive work attitude

• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to multitask and perform under a fast-paced environment

• Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling work matters
