PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a skincare retail consultant to engage customers at islandwide outlets. You will promote skincare products, deliver consultations, and support sales targets with strong service standards.

The role requires shifting schedules including weekends and public holidays; conversion to a permanent role after an initial 3-month contract, with a basic salary of SGD 2,000–2,100 plus commission, incentives, grooming allowance, AWS and VB.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry.
• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Details:

• Available Locations:Islandwide, depending on outlet vacancy

• Salary Package: Basic Salary ($2000 - $2100) + Commission / Incentive + Grooming Allowance + AWS + VB

• Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)

• 3 months contract convert to perm
