Job summary

CTM Security Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Site Operations (SOs) and Security Supervisors (SSOs). The role covers deployment, briefings, patrol inspections, and incident reporting.

You will monitor attendance and performance, ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements, and coordinate with the client and Command Centre on operational matters.

Qualifications

• Valid PRD Security License
• Experience with CCTC, Bag Check, X-Ray Operation and/or Traffic Control certificates is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Supervise SOs and SSOs and ensure all posts are properly manned.
• Conduct daily deployment, briefings and patrol inspections.
• Monitor officers’ attendance, discipline and performance.
• Manage and report security incidents and manpower issues.
• Ensure compliance with site SOPs and Client requirements.
• Liaise with Client and Command Centre on operational matters

Salary: PWM Salary + Incentives + Allowances
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week
Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available
