Job summary

KOPI MAMA PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a friendly cafe teammate to greet customers, take orders, handle cash and POS, and help prepare local toast and kopi/teh near Tanjong Pagar MRT.

You will keep the dining area clean, work six days a week with rotating shifts, and enjoy daily staff meals; salary ranges from S$2,000 to S$2,300 per month, with sponsorship for Food Safety Level 1 training.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification required or willingness to obtain it (sponsored by employer).
• Friendly, customer-focused hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and take accurate orders to ensure smooth service flow
• Process cash and POS transactions efficiently and accurately to maintain payment integrity
• Assemble local toast items following standard recipes to deliver consistent quality
• Brew traditional local kopi and teh to meet customer expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area to provide a pleasant environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate or willingness to complete it (sponsored by employer)

Working Hours

Six-day work week with shift rotations based on outlet hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM (no late nights)
• Saturday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
