Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is recruiting for a Material Handler / Lead position located at Changi Alps / Sunview. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm. Salary ranges from SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,300 depending on experience, with AWS benefits.

Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, picking, packing, inventory checks, and updating the WMS. Forklift experience and basic MS Office skills are preferred, with hands-on physical warehouse duties expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics or material handling operations.
• Experience or knowledge of WMS would be advantageous.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Forklift licence and/or experience operating a reach truck or stacker is an advantage but may not be mandatory depending on assignment.
• Comfortable performing hands-on and physical warehouse duties.

• Check incoming goods against relevant documents and ensure quantities and conditions are accurate.
• Perform physical put-away and proper storage of goods within designated warehouse locations.

• Update warehouse transactions and inventory information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) where required.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as stackers and reach trucks, where trained and authorised.
• Maintain good warehouse housekeeping and comply with workplace safety procedures.
• Support other warehouse and operational duties assigned by the Supervisor.
