Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a well-established Japanese F&B company in Singapore for a full-time kitchen role. Salary up to 3,000 SGD monthly plus incentives and a variable bonus, with central/east location and 5.5 working days.

You will assist in kitchen and food preparation, weigh and mix ingredients, maintain high preparation standards, ensure hygiene, and help control costs and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level or higher is required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
• Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
• Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.
