Job summary

LCentral (Buona Vista) PTE. LTD. is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to be the welcoming face of our learning centre in Singapore.

You will assist parents, students and visitors with information, support enrolments, handle payments, and manage calls and emails with professionalism. No prior experience required; hands-on training provided for customer service, operations and admin tasks. Weekdays 1:00 PM–9:00 PM and weekends 8:45 AM–6:30 PM; commitment of at least 1 year is preferred.

• Experience in customer service is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet parents, students and visitors and provide information about programmes and schedules.
• Assist with enrolments, registration paperwork, and payments.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally.
• Assist with general admin tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Keep reception and common areas tidy and welcoming.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors - offering friendly assistance and clear information about our programmes and schedules.
• Support student enrolments, registration paperwork, and payments.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally.
• Assist with centre operations such as filing, data entry, and general admin tasks.
• Keep our reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and organised.

Work Hours & Pay

Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM

Commitment Requirement: Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year

Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday) is preferred
