Job summary

LCENTRAL (AMK) PTE. LTD. seeks a Centre Operations Manager to lead a mixed team of teachers and admin staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will engage students and parents, manage enrolments and documentation, process fees, and maintain a welcoming, professional environment while driving improvements across the centre.

This role offers ownership of centre performance, opportunities to develop leadership skills, and a dynamic learning space aligned with the company’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Energetic, warm, people-oriented; capable of motivating staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Management experience in a similar setting is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Be Doing

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
• Energetic, warm, and people-oriented - able to motivate staff and engage students.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, accountable, and solution-driven.
• Prior management experience in a similar setting is a plus , but not required.

Work Hours & Commitment

Weekdays: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM ( 2 Weekdays off ).

Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM ( both days are weekends compulsory ).
