Job summary

RSM - Singapore is seeking a passionate full-stack web developer to build internal analytics and automation tools. You will work with engineers, data scientists and business teams to deliver reliable, maintainable web applications.

You will develop frontend features with React, backend services with Django, and build APIs to support data-driven workflows. Collaboration and quality assurance through testing and code reviews are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in building and maintaining web applications.
• Driven, inquisitive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as ReactJS and NextJS.
• Experience with designing application user interfaces using tools such as Figma.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance frontend features using React and backend services using Django.
• Build and consume APIs to support data-driven and workflow-based applications.
• Translate functional requirements into working features with guidance from senior team members.
• Follow established development patterns, security practices, and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with other developers, data scientists, and non-technical users to understand requirements.
• Contribute to shared components and internal libraries where appropriate.
• Write and maintain unit tests for frontend and backend components.
• Assist in testing changes to ensure features work as expected before release.
• Use existing logging and monitoring tools to help troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.
• Deploy applications using existing CI/CD pipelines.
• Support post-deployment verification and assist in investigating production issues with senior guidance.
