Job summary

You will push AI features into production, including RAG for semantic search, autonomous agents, and LLM‑driven interfaces that aid analysts.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science or a related field with hands‑on software development experience.
• Proficiency in building dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js and the modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
• Proven experience building efficient, secure RESTful APIs with frameworks such as Express.js, Fastify, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or equivalent enterprise‑grade tools.
• Hands‑on experience managing data persistence and search layers using MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, or comparable NoSQL and search engines.
• Familiarity with design patterns, writing scalable code, and integrating services within complex, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Full‑Stack Engineering: Architect, develop, and optimize scalable web applications and high‑performance APIs using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• AI Feature Integration: Move beyond theory by implementing AI patterns into production, including RAG for semantic search and LLM‑driven interfaces.
• Data Persistence & Retrieval: Design robust data solutions with MongoDB and Elasticsearch to handle high‑volume transactions and vector search.
• Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud‑native services for resilience and uptime.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver high‑quality digital experiences.
