Job summary

Solve Employment! is recruiting a Software Engineer for a social enterprise client in Singapore. You will own end-to-end features, lead your build, and contribute to cross-platform development with a focus on scalability and user engagement.

You'll work across full-stack TypeScript stack (NestJS/Node.js, React Native), integrate with Postgres, and participate in deployments, CI/CD, and infrastructure discussions. A strong bias for learning and social impact is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own features end to end.
• Strong knowledge of full-stack TypeScript stack (NestJS, Node.js, React Native).
• Experience translating UI designs into responsive components.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and hand-managed migrations.
• Familiarity with OAuth/OIDC, JWTs, webhooks and basic security verifications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-platform app using React Native and NestJS.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-fidelity components.
• Handle mobile releases end to end (builds, app stores).
• Improve the primary website (HTML, CSS, Node.js) for performance and SEO.
• Integrate and improve agent-facing workflows (chatbots, emails, templates).
• Collaborate on DevOps/QA and CI/CD practices as needed.
• Occasional offsite tasks related to docs or infrastructure (as needed).
