Job summary

UNi-corp Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Accounting Executive to support day-to-day finance operations, manage full-set accounts and prepare monthly reports in collaboration with the Finance Manager in Singapore and China.

You will handle bank reconciliations, month-end close, GST submissions, and assist with year-end audit schedules. The role requires good English and Mandarin communication for cross-border coordination; familiarity with Excel and accounting software a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant accounting experience; experience handling full-set accounts is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting software is advantageous; system training will be provided.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required for regular work-related communication with Mandarin-speaking management and colleagues in China.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, accounting schedules and month-end closing entries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and cash-flow reports.
• Prepare GST submissions and other statutory returns accurately and on time.
• Support the Finance Manager with report finalisation, audit schedules and year-end matters.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders when required.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
