Job summary

FREYR AI CLOUD SERVICE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to manage the full set of accounts and deliver accurate financial statements.

You will handle AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations, and ensure timely GST filings. The role requires at least 5 years of independent accounting experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and solid analytical abilities. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 at the Suntec location, with bonus eligibility and insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience handling a full set of accounts independently.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare GST tax filings and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure records are accurate and maintained per policies and standards.
• Support finance-related projects and ad hoc duties as needed.
