Job summary

LHN Parking Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage full-set accounting processes and month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping, GST compliance, and effective liaison with auditors and tax authorities to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Experience in Singapore accounting standards and proficiency with Excel and accounting software will be highly regarded, with a clear path to senior responsibilities for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in accounting
• At least 3 years’ experiences, candidate with more than 3 years experiences in full set accounting will be considered a senior position
• Familiar with Singapore accounting standards, GST, and statutory compliance

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation).
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly and year-end closing
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules for management review
• Ensure timely month-end closing and reporting
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on audit, tax, and statutory matters
• Prepare sales invoices and manage accounts receivable.
• Process vendor invoices and manage payment runs.
• Process staff claims
• Prepare and submit GST returns and related schedules
• Review and ensure accuracy of general ledger entries entered to financial system as supported by documents eg. invoice, receipt, payment voucher, journal
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned
