About the role

This is a full-set accounting role managing AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, cash flow forecasts, GST submissions, and sales/receivables accounting. You will handle monthly customer reconciliations, aging analysis, overdue collections, credit line controls, and refund write-offs. The role includes preparing IRAS F5 GST declarations, maintaining tax audit documentation, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs, local regulations (Singapore SFRS/GST), and accounting standards. You will prepare monthly operating statements and complete month-end and year-end closings and financial reports for Singapore and regional entities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting (AP, AR, GL), fixed assets, cash flow forecasts, GST submissions, and sales/receivables accounting (document audits, invoicing, AR vouchers, and credit notes)

• Handle monthly customer reconciliations, aging analysis, overdue collections, credit line controls, and refund write-offs

• Prepare IRAS F5 GST declarations, maintain tax audit documentation, and ensure compliance with company SOPs, local regulations (Singapore SFRS/GST), and accounting standards

• Prepare monthly operating statements (sales, gross profits, margins, AR) and complete month-end and year-end closings and financial reports for Singapore and regional entities

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, payments, petty cash, customer invoices, sales/bank/balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory checks

• Manage sales orders, maintain standardized financial filing, oversee inventory data and product effectiveness, handle administrative logistics, and resolve store/landlord inquiries

• Support system migrations, financial process optimizations, and ad hoc finance and administrative duties

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts/sales accounting roles (startup experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles; familiar with Singapore SFRS and GST regulations

• Proficient in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, SAP) and spreadsheets

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese

• Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, resilient under pressure, and a strong team player able to work independently
