Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
• Experience in handling high-volume recruitment preferred.
• Knowledge of Workable ATS is an advantage.
• Hands-on work pass applications and administration knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with quality of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Fair Employment Practices and local guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate reports.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement programs.
