Job summary

Talent First in Singapore is seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned client accounts. You will source, screen, interview, coordinate, and guide offers while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

You will develop new business opportunities through cold calling and meetings, aiming to meet individual sales and placement targets and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Comfortable with business development and cold calling.
• Able to develop and manage client accounts independently.
• Existing client relationships or industry network will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and interview coordination to offer management and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct business development activities including cold calling, prospecting and client meetings.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts.
• Manage and grow assigned client accounts independently.
• Work towards individual sales and placement targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records.
