Quess Singapore is seeking a driven 360° Recruiter with a strong focus on business development to join our team in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment while expanding our client base and delivering top talent to diverse roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360° recruiter, ideally in staffing or recruitment services.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing offers
• Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
• Collaborate internally to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment services
• Meet and exceed individual targets for placements and business growth
