Quess Singapore is seeking a driven 360° Recruiter with a strong focus on business development to join our team in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment while expanding our client base and delivering top talent to diverse roles.

You will build lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment delivery. The role rewards performance with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

The Role:

We are looking for a 360° Recruiter with a strong focus on Business Development. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment while also growing and nurturing client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, generating new opportunities, and ensuring successful talent delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
