Job summary

AEROSPACE SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations and deliver timely financial reporting.

You will maintain the computerized system, prepare reports, budgets, and ensure statutory compliance across the group. Responsibilities include month-end close, cash flow projections, payroll handling, GST submissions, and liaison with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accountancy/finance or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with full set of accounts and GST/compliance is preferred.
• Hands-on with MYOB is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the computerized accounting system, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Fixed Assets.
• Handle the full set of accounts and ensure accurate and timely accounting records.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial analysis and reports on income and expenditure.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections for the Company and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor and implement internal controls and financial procedures.
• Handle payroll, CPF and GST submissions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents and relevant government authorities.
• Support and coordinate annual audits, tax filings and other statutory submissions.
• Ensure all financial and management reporting deadlines are met.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
