Job summary

AONE Logistics & Parts Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle the day-to-day accounting and finance function, reporting to the Company Finance Manager and Operations Manager.

You will manage receivables, payables, GL entries, and bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly management reports.

Requires a Diploma in Accounting & Finance with 3+ years' experience, and the role is office-based in Seletar Aerospace 4 days a week and at Changi Airfreight Centre once a week.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work in office located in Seletar Aerospace 4 days a week as well as working in the office located at Changi Airfreight Centre once a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting and finance tasks including managing receivables, payables, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports to inform decision-making and track company performance.
• Respond to audit and tax queries by providing accurate documentation and supporting information.
• Liaise with banks to execute and reconcile banking transactions efficiently.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
• Collaborate with operational teams to maintain strong vendor relationships and support procurement processes.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and yearly MES submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
