Job summary

You will manage full sets of accounts, prepare monthly management accounts and reports, handle payables and receivables, and perform bank and general ledger reconciliations. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, relevant experience, knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST, plus proficiency in

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare GST submissions and related schedules.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other external parties.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as required.
