Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees distribution center activities including packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, stock handling and inventory support.
• Manages order fulfillment from stored inventory, ensuring timely shipments and clear communication with customers on fulfillment issues.
• Performs periodic inventory counts, reconciles discrepancies and handles returns of defective materials.
• Develops and implements quality assurance procedures; evaluates deviations and initiates corrective measures.
• Ensures safety compliance and ES D requirements; maintains equipment in good repair and calibrated to standards.
• Generates reports and presentations on productivity, metrics and performance; identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
