Job summary

eaters market pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to plan daily delivery routes, coordinate 3PL partners, and ensure punctual fulfilment of retail and e-commerce orders.

You will oversee inbound receiving, storage temperatures, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), drive regular stock counts to reduce spoilage, roster and train warehouse staff, and enforce workplace safety during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Familiar with SFA food logistics guidelines and cold room handling.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual heavy lifting (25kg).
• Strong leadership, route planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to support operations during peak periods or festive seasons.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily driver delivery routes, coordinate 3PL partners, and ensure punctual retail and e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Oversee inbound receiving, storage temperatures, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and SFA food safety compliance.
• Step in during peak periods or manpower shortages, including loading, unloading, and carrying goods (up to 25 kg).
• Lead regular stock counts, reduce spoilage/shrinkage, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Roster, train, and manage warehouse assistants, packers, and drivers while enforcing workplace safety (WSH).
