Sushi Express Group Pte Ltd is hiring for an Outlet Staff role near MRT. You will perform both kitchen and service duties, from food prep to guest services, while maintaining hygiene standards. Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations: Assist with food preparation following SOP; rotate across kitchen stations; maintain food hygiene and dishwashing.
• Service Operations: Deliver quality customer service; greet, seat guests; explain menu; manage tables; handle billing/cashiering; clear tables.
• Closing & Cleaning: Perform closing duties; clean service and dining areas; other duties as assigned by manager.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations

• Assist with food preparation following SOP
• Rotate across kitchen stations (gunkan, sides, kaburi, grilled items)
• Maintain food hygiene standards and perform dishwashing

Service Operations

• Deliver quality customer service (5 steps):
  • Greet and seat guests
  • Introduce menu and specials
  • Manage tables during dining
  • Handle billing and cashiering
  • Set up and clear tables

Closing & Cleaning

• Perform closing duties (dishwashing, cleaning stations, maintaining cleanliness)
• Clean service and dining areas during off-peak and scheduled sessions
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

• Must perform both Kitchen and Service duties
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Willing to learn; proactive and enthusiastic
• Able to handle repetitive, physically demanding work
• Comfortable with long standing hours and machinery use
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Food hygiene certification preferred (class provided if needed)
• No experience required (training provided)
