Job summary

LEE TECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a WSH / Safety Coordinator to enforce safety standards across engineering and ACMV sites in Singapore.

You will conduct site inspections, perform risk assessments, run toolbox meetings and ensure WSHA and client EHS compliance to foster a safe working environment. The role requires 2–3 years of hands‑on safety experience and relevant certifications. You will liaise with contractors, project engineers and inspectors, maintain safety records, and lead PTW

Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Level B) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Safety Coordinator in Singapore construction, M&E, or ACMV.
• Certified in Managing Work-At-Height (WAH) for Assessors / Supervisors and Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site Inspections & Audits: Regular walks to identify hazards and unsafe acts; implement corrective actions.
• Risk Management & SWP: Prepare and review RA, SWP, and Method Statements for ACMV and high‑risk activities.
• Safety Briefings & Training: Conduct toolbox talks and inductions; enforce PPE use.
• Permit-to-Work (PTW): Review and monitor PTW applications before high‑risk tasks.
• Incident Investigation & Reporting: Assist investigations and prepare reports with preventive actions.
• Regulatory Compliance & Liaison: Ensure WSHA compliance; liaise with main contractors, engineers, and inspectors.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain safety documentation, registers, and monthly reports.
