Job summary

You will assist pharmacists with dispensing and labeling medications, provide frontline patient service, and handle administrative tasks to keep the pharmacy or clinic running smoothly. No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be given to ensure you succeed.

Qualifications

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing and labeling medications.
• Provide patient registration and queue management.
• Perform data entry and filing of patient records.
• Maintain inventory including stock checks and storage.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and ensure confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing preparations (labelling, packing, sorting medications).
• Provide frontline patient service, including registration, queue management, and enquiry handling.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records.
• Manage inventory: stock-taking, replenishment, and storage of medical supplies.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support the smooth workflow of the pharmacy or clinic operations.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver quality service to patients.
