RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking motivated individuals to support day-to-day operations in a healthcare setting. Training will be provided to help you start quickly.

Key duties include assisting pharmacists with dispensing preparations, providing frontline patient service, handling registration and enquiries, data entry, and inventory management.

No experience is required for this role; minimum qualification is a GCE A Levels or Diploma, and comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing preparations (labelling, packing, sorting medications).
• Provide frontline patient service, including registration, queue management, and enquiry handling.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records.
• Manage inventory: stock-taking, replenishment, and storage of medical supplies.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support the smooth workflow of the pharmacy or clinic operations.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver quality service to patients.
